My dream job..

 

Hello everybody! Today I am going to talk about my dream job in the future.

First of all, today I am in 3rd year of forestry engineering, but I would love to be able to continue studing later, as a master or PhD. That would be great! Because my dream job needs a lot of knowledge to do research on the forest of Chile and the world, study innovate ways to mitigate climate change, discover how to protect native forest and preserve endangered plant communities as well as the fauna associated with them.

I would like to work in a research center located in the south of Chile, somewhere remote, full of nature and beautiful landscapes, where the reserch team and I would have to travel in a van to carry our work instruments and in some places of difficult access, such as unexplored islands, we would have to use a small boat.

That skill that I need to work here would be to know a lot about plant physiology, conservation and restoration methology, ecology, forest dinamics and much more.

The disadvantage I have is that I started studing when I was older, so sometime I feel slower, with difficulties to learn and a Little bit behind in my preparation, but the advantage is that I love what I am studing and I try to give the best of my.

Finally, regarding the money I would like to earn, I am not so demanding, I dont want to be a millonaire, i just want to be able to live in a cozy house and eat deliciuos things.
